The Atelier (1 Michelin star)
Atelier Extxanobe (1 Michelin star) is the new gastronomic restaurant inherited from the Etxanobe restaurant of chefs Fernando Canales and Mikel Población. Located in a wonderful spot in the very heart of Bilbao, it offers its clients a unique, different and very exclusive gastronomic experience through the Chef Atelier Menu. At the Atelier a maximum of 26 guests will discover a gastronomy of excellence in a surprising, elegant and warm environment. In the same building you can find another restaurant of these chefs called La Despensa. The Atelier would be the haute cuisine area whereas La Despensa would be the prêt-à-porter side. La Despensa de Etxanobe offers the great traditional Basque cuisine, starring the best fresh products. And to enjoy this great traditional cuisine nothing better than doing it in a modern, fun, comfortable and surprising environment. You are welcomed by a spacious and elegant place in which to discover a very “New York” alike elegance.
In November 2018 Dani García is the only new Spanish chef to have been awarded three Michelin stars in the 2019 Spain and Portugal Guide. The 42-year-old masterchef picked up the prestigious third star for his eponymous restaurant in Marbella, becoming one of two establishments in Andalusia with the top rating. Dani García was given Michelin’s highest accolade for “exceptional cuisine, worth a special journey” in recognition of his “unique way of reinventing Andalusian gastronomy in a contemporary form,” according to Michelin. But Dani Garcia is also present in the capital city with restaurant BiBo Madrid. Decorated by the interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, the restaurant reflects the travelled essence of the BiBo cuisine with a giant hot-air balloon hanging over the bar, and with the concept of a refined, cosmopolitan and elegant Andalusia using a structure of 7,000 light bulbs that cover the restaurant walls in a sophisticated representation of the Feria de Málaga lights. Flavour and the best seasonal product are the two constants in Dani García’s cooking. Concepts that are fulfilled to perfection by one of his fetish ingredients: tuna. The chef’s passion for the “Iberian sea creature” is reflected in the dining room by a huge sculpture of a blue fin tuna.
Tickets is a Michelin star tapas restaurant in Barcelona’s Eixample barrio. Critics applaud its playful attitude, mastery of molecular gastronomy, and memorable small plates that surprise and delight discerning diners from near and far. But getting a reservation at Tickets is quite difficult and definitely not an easy task. But if you are interested in inviting your clients or employees for a special evening let Incentives Barcelona arrange an exclusive night at Tickets where the space will be entirely privatised for you! With a capacity for up to 110 people in a cocktail format and amazing dishes you will be creating an unforgettable experience!
